Can you tell us what the big differences between the Present (today) and de Past (1955) are?
Don't forget to use the verbs in the PAST, ok!!!!!

in the past people used more clothes more " chic " .

ResponderExcluirThere weren`t no building.The furnitures were so simples,specially the refrigerator and the stove,they had colors.
Most of people listenned old music,because was another time.About the clothes,they worn blue jeans,shapped pants and flowered shirt and the black shoes.The hair were strangers and ugly.
Some peculiar things:the photos were totaly black and
white.The technology was different,like TV set.

ResponderExcluirIn the 1955 the TV was big and thick. Today the TV it's big and slim.
In 1955 the snack bar had old machines and the food is cheap. Today the snack bar has advanced machines and the food is expensive.
In 1955 the clothes were a little strangely. The girls wore dress below the knee. And the boys wore smoking and sweater. Today the girls can wear shorts and pants.
In 1955 the car was colorful and simple. Today the car is neutral and modern.
In 1995 the CD was a record player. Today the CD is small and portable.
In 1955 the music was completely diferent. If you play current music for 1955 people, they do not understand anything. The current music is quite different from the rhythm.
